What can I use my new Garden room for?

The possibilities are endless and totally bespoke to you, you could choose an annexe, gym, bar, mancave, entertainment, cinema, teenage bedroom, workspace (dog grooming, baking, office, beauty), music studio, playroom, study, library, pool changing room & much more!

Do I need planning permission?

Most Garden rooms do not need planning permission as they are a permitted development. Our surveyor will assess this on your site visit. Please look on our Planning page for more information on this.

How long will it take to be built?

Weather permitting, we typically advise 1-2 weeks determined by foundations. Electric and water feeds will add time to this.

Are your buildings designed for all year round use?

They certainly are. Our garden rooms come insulated and weatherproof for all year round use. You can choose to upgrade to have heating and air con!

Can I have an electricity and water supply?

Yes you can, we can accommodate that.

What foundations will be needed? Can you do this for me?

Yes we can. Foundations will be included in some of our packages. However if you opt for our basic package, you will need to have the foundations ready for us to build on or pay extra for us to do this. We will quote this separately as it will be dependent on the size of your garden room.

Will I get a warranty?

Yes, all garden rooms come with a 5 year warranty. Please be advised if you use your garden room for living purposes under permitted development rights, you warranty will become invalid.

Can I add extras throughout the build if I think of something I would really like included?

Of course! We are happy to accommodate any changes. Please be mindful some changes will come at an additional cost.

How much deposit will I need to put down to secure works?

You will be looking at a deposit of 10% of the build cost.

What are your payment terms?

We will send you a proposal with the payment breakdown based on your final price. We take a 10% deposit to book the work in our diary, we then offer staged payments throughout the build.

Who will build my garden room?

We have a team of dedicated contractors. You will be assigned a single project manager for the duration of the project.

Do you take care of rubbish removal?

Yes, rubbish removal is included in our standard price.

Will I need to be home whilst the build is being constructed?

No, not if you don't want to! As long as we have access to the rear of your property for our contractors to get in that's fine. We won't need access inside your home.

You do not have the size garden room listed online that I would like, can you make something bespoke?

Of course. We can cater to any requirement. Just get in contact with what you have in mind!
